Measured Data After White-Label Platform Launch: 22% Faster Withdrawals Is Just the Beginning

On September 10, iGaming technology provider Kanggiten released a set of operational data from its collaboration with operator Slotoro. The numbers come after the white-label platform integration went live, and they are far more concrete than the feature lists shown at launch events. Teams currently evaluating platform solutions should take a close look for comparison.

Average withdrawal arrival time was cut by 22%, KYC-related customer service workload dropped by 34%, reward campaign profit margins improved by 11%, and user re-deposit rate rose by 19.8%. There is also an interesting one: after Slotoro changed its traditional large-tier VIP system into high-frequency small-tier levels, VIP retention reached 94.2%.

First, the integration order. The two sides did not rush to pile up a game library. Instead, they started with three areas: KYC, player verification, and reward campaign tools. The logic is not hard to understand: once the verification chain runs smoothly, customer service pressure and withdrawal times fall accordingly, and later operational moves have a stable foundation. Teams that have done gaming API integration all know that interfaces are easy to connect, but verification chains are hard to tune.

Second, A/B testing. The Slotoro team ran all revisions through controlled experiments, choosing whichever page layout or feature entry point converted better. In their own words, content adjustments that used to take several days now go live in minutes. This speed difference mostly comes from the white-label platform handing content management permissions directly to the operations team, so not every change has to go through a vendor ticket.

This set of data indirectly confirms one judgment: the value of the white-label approach increasingly lies in the operational tools layer, not the game quantity layer. The gap between game libraries is narrowing. Invisible modules such as KYC automation, reward campaign engines, and A/B frameworks are what create the retention gap. When evaluating an integrated platform solution, it is advisable to put these areas on the acceptance checklist and have the vendor demonstrate the backend on the spot, rather than only looking at the front-end skin.
