On October 5, Singapore-based software suite provider Wynta and modular platform Flexi announced a partnership: connecting Wynta's alliance, CRM, and gamification directly to Flexi's player account core. Founded in 2018, Wynta offers four products—alliance, CRM, bonus engine, and gamification—serving over 100 brands. You can buy one piece or all four together. Operators who want to integrate get it done in one go, without having to migrate platforms again just to switch tools.
Behind this move is a major shift happening in the industry: from "one big all-in-one full stack" toward "a reliable core plus a bunch of specialized tools." Flexi's team spent years running operations at other platform providers, and what they built specifically addresses the pitfalls they encountered back then—one core managing player accounts and wallets across all brands and all markets, so launching a new brand or entering a new market doesn't require starting from scratch.
A few numbers show the core's quality: 150+ content providers, over 15,000 games, 30+ payment options, 100+ currencies; standard launch in four to six weeks, with a release every three weeks. More critically: Flexi deliberately opens player data for external tools to use, rather than locking it inside the platform.
This is exactly the account most easily overlooked when choosing a platform solution. Many platforms offer attractive pricing, but the data can't get out. If you want to connect a decent CRM or alliance tool, you first have to negotiate a long and expensive integration project. Locking down data is equivalent to locking down the operator's hands and feet.
So when picking a platform, don't just look at how many interfaces are listed on the API integration checklist. Ask one question: can player data flow smoothly into the external tools I choose myself? The core manages the ledger, the tools manage growth, each doing its own job—that's what modular should look like.
Ultimately, choosing a platform solution isn't about whose feature list is longer—it's about who is willing to hand data control back to the operator. To discuss this in detail, contact us.
